These terms are between you and Harmanbir Kaur ("TEFly"). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

TEFly is an online French course and TEF Canada practice tool. It is independent and not affiliated with Le français des affaires, CCI Paris Île-de-France or IRCC. Practice scores are estimates, not official results.

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with limited content. No payment details are needed. One trial per person.

Subscription

The full course costs USD 23 per month (plus applicable taxes), billed monthly by our payment partner until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Profile › Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your account

Keep your password private. Don’t share accounts, copy course content, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

Course content belongs to TEFly. Text you write in the app remains yours.

Changes and availability

We may improve or change the course. If we change the price, we will email subscribers at least 30 days in advance. We aim for high availability but can’t guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted.

Liability

TEFly is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Contact: support@tefly.app.
